The cruise ship is full! As we now have our final group in place, we are sending this notice out to all our Doctors and Nurses. Please fax through a copy of your Diploma and Credentials by Monday, November 3 to 269.471.8355.

Please follow this link and make sure you fill in the CWM registration form. It will help us know just how best to serve you, as well as how you can get involved.

Since traveling will be outside the US, passports are required. Please make sure you have one that does not expire within 6 months after the cruise. If you do not have one, apply as soon as possible.
